Friendly helpful fantastic apartment room with washer and dryer. Getting in the shower was a bit slippery. It was only closer to the shower spray that wasnt slippery. A slip mat would of helped me as i felt unsteady getting in and out of the shower.

The Quest has lovely apartment rooms with great facilities. Its comfortable, quiet and in a great location in walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. The only negative is that they only have a certain number of car parks and you need to book early to secure them.

My wife slipped when getting in bath/shower smashed her face really bad two black eyes on reporting it was informed tme she was not the first person to do this and where trying to resolve the problem this spoiled our holiday no compensation was offered

I've stayed here for work multiple times and the absolute number one thing that annoys me is the $20 extra charge to park in the hotels own car park. Seems a bit of a rip off.
Otherwise the property is great, rooms are big and quiet and very clean.

For some reason we were given a disability room, the shower head was uncontrollable as a normal shower. The bathroom flooded, my clothes I was about to wear got saturated, the lady at reception was lovely, room clean

We reported the air conditioner as not working we had it running all night and it was cooler in the corridor of the motel when we walked out of the room we were later given a pedastool fan for relief. The next morning the shower drain blocked up but we were told we were probably using to much soap lol, that night it became blocked and the sink and the toilet overflowed out onto the carpet in the kitchen area. We wanted out and were given a refund for the next 3 days we had booked, it was a little more than disappointing after waiting 35 days to see my partner and have all this happen.
