It’s a good starting point when visiting Wangaratta and is close to amenities. Staff are friendly and very helpful

Amazing clean, roomy and comfy studio apartment. A few amenities like a pen would be useful rather than having to go to front desk but that’s the only negative I found.

Great location

We had a one bedroom apartment that was very clean, tidy and roomy. It was good having a separate bedroom so if one of you went to bed earlier than the other you weren't disturbing them watching TV. It has double glazing windows to keep the cold out. We did find the bedrrom did get warm even though we didn't have the air-conditioning on. There was no soap plate at the vanity basin so you just had to leave the soap sitting on the vanity benchtop which made it a little messy. Staff were friendly and welcoming each time you came back for the day or from dinner. It is walking distance to the river, bars and restaurants which is what we did instead of using the car. We liked that Wangaratta had a lovely boardwalk and the trees lit up down at the river. Doing the pre-checking was easy and when you turned up everything was ready for you. The kitchen facilities were also great. This place was cheaper than a hotel down the road we were considering even with paying for the $20 per night parking fee. It appears it was built in 2020 so the decor is modern and clean, and there are scented air puifers throughout the facility which was pleasant to be greeted by. I would strongly recommend this place if staying in Wangaratta.

Staff overnight seemed inept and made the entire booking and checking in process so difficult. Room blanket and sheets were dirty

was only there on a one night stop over. this is close to everything. the hotel was very clean and felt very secure. The room had everything we needed and could easy spend a week here as it had a kitchenette so you could make it feel like home. The driveway very narrow wouldn't like to have a big car. the reception was pleasant and gave us all the information we needed on arrival. the only thing i didn't like was the lady took my credit card to take the holding deposit which was fine, but I had to pay $20 for parking which was also fine however she just tapped my card which I don't do as I don't like to pay the bank surcharge I always insert my card but before I could get my card back she said I will just tap for you and bang. I requested extra towels as ladies when we wash our hair always need extra towels she said yes we have put extra towels in room however when I got to the room there was just 2 towels no extras, when I rang the reception i was made to feel like I shouldn't be asking she told me there is 2 people in room and 2 towels I said we asked for extra she said well you will need to come to receptions , also they only give you one card to the room so you need to ask for a second one. but let's get back to the good points. room great, linen crispy everything super clean and very central to everything. yes, I would recommend staying here price was also very good.
