We loved having the Central station just a few steps away. It allowed us to maneuver through Sydney and its outskirts very easily. The rooms are clean and staff is great. This place has everything you need and more.

I had one night booked in this hotel. Couldn’t sleep because of the loud noises of trains and pedestrians beeping noises, it’s located in the corner of intersection and train track. Not good.

Used to be a great place to stay, but look elsewhere as they no longer offer bag storage facilities if you get there before check in.
I was lucky that they had the room ready by 12pm, but that would be the exception not the rule.
Also for $200 a night, how hard is it to have a microwave or toaster in the room?

Was fine but later in the evening could smell cigarette smoke in my room and in hallway . It lasted all night and made sleeping uncomfortable as it was all I could smell and it irritated my eyes nose and throat.

I just think that 10 am is very late to run a hotel business to check people in and on the other hand it’s hard to find staff to ask about hotel concerns after midnight because this place is also a sports bar and it gets very busy
