We only stayed one night here but it’s in a great spot. A few minutes walk to the water and cafes etc. The grounds had a nice Balinese feel to them. Check in and out was easy. I loved that the room had a washer/dryer.

Good location, not far from the beach and restaurants. Nice pool surrounded by lush gardens. Apartment seemed newly renovated. Had a lovely big bathroom (although could have done with somewhere to hang the hand towel) and a bit surprised no change of towels or toiletries was offered for a multi night stay. Reception is never manned and while the owners may be around they don’t introduce themselves. Could do with a few more creature comforts. Handy parking.

Beds were uncomfortable. Very noisy as building site opposite and no soundproofing/ insulation so sounded loud when people above us walked around

Perfect in every way

Nice 2-bedroom apartment. Owner was very responsive to emails. Good location. No front desk - so, you don't expect anything here. During our stay, the folks above us were walking around a lot, and you could hear it. But nothing unbearable.

We had booked our stay (2 nights) several months ago. Communication for our pre arrival was perfect, as we were coming in late in the evening. Keys were ready, easy check in.This place is a truly a little gem. Just perfect if you are looking for a quiet little private place, close by the beach and with lots of good dining options close by. All is in walkable distance. Not to mention the pool area, truly a place of relaxation, with lush tropical greenery/garden all around and well maintained. Peaceful in every sense. Just wish we could have stayed there longer. Heads up to the owners for having created this place.

Enjoyed 4 Nights in this lovely property in Palm Cove. The property provides 8 Rooms, with a very friendly service / welcome from Nicholas & Sergio. We enjoyed every part of our stay, from excellent communication, modern / refurbished rooms and an lovey pool area. The pool area has a real Balinese ambience and we lived relaxing in the cabanas. The art work from Sergio is also really nice and really adds to the experience. The hotel is based at the Southern end of Palm Cove, with lots of bars, restaurants and beach within 5mins walk. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We had the most amazing stay at the palms. The apartment had everything we required to have the most comfortable five days. The owners could not do enough for us and the pool and the surrounds were sensational. We will be back.

Great team running the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and close to the hub of Palm Cove. Would definitely recommend the Palms - the pics don't do the hotel justice!

We checked in later than expected and Bruce was welcoming as ever. We stayed in a two bedroom standard and made use of the equipped kitchen. The grocery is not far, and there is a local market walking distance. Our children (6 and 4) absolutely loved to swim in the shaded pool in the mornings and late afternoon. All the units have access to the pool right at their doorstep. The owners keep the grounds manicured. The owners really pay attention to detail. That goes right into the rooms. The rooms smelled fresh without smelling of cleaner. The beds were comfortable, and there was no lack of seating indoors or outdoors. There was a BBQ grill as well but we did not make use of it. We were able to book a Green Island tour departing Cairns with free pick-up next door which was a bonus. We ended up extending our stay because we were treated so well and the property was so beautiful. Take Bruce's recommendations, you will not be sorry. Thank you Bruce and Jill!

The Palms is a great option to stay in Palm Cove. Beautiful tropical garden with pool so close to the beach. The owners are amazingly kind and helpful. We came back after our stay on Fitzroy Island and would definitely return again

If you're fortunate enough to get a room here, just do it. Won't regret it. We stayed at Cairns, Port Douglas and here. This was our favourite hands down. Even if you have to drive to Cairns for reef.
