Very close to Warringah Mall and public transport. Good coffee and breakfast, the room was comfortable, and staff, very friendly. Look fwd to staying again.

Reception area is modern and quite nice. Rooms are dated. No sockets near to the bed. Bed was very comfortable however the sound proofing was bad. So much noise from the road, the window didn’t fully close and at 3am there was a garbage collection which was terribly noisy. I would never stay here again.

We only stayed there one night, the cleanliness could have been better, only one lift for quite a big hotel. Couldn’t get the aircon to work, so we opened window. But was adequate for our needs. Staff were very nice & helpful.

Our stay was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Our room was clean but located on the ground level on the south side of building so had a very musty smell that made sleeping at night difficult due to the smell.

It was fine for a night, I do believe that the nice girl who checked us in on an iPad, no eye contact, wrong way to have a Check in forgot a bit of the information for drive in. She was nice Also a few tea bags in room wouldn't kill the budget . Otherwise clean, I had to ask for extra blanket , none in cupboard It's the system not the girl who checked us in. It's a rushed 'here type this in' etc. probably you are understaffed?

Rooms need a reno. For the money you charge I expect a better room. Have stayed here numerous times. Rang to see of I could have an earlier check in - but told no. As in the last review I still believe that parking for $20 per night is a bit rich!
