Most peaceful and restful time spent here the outdoor pool is amazing

Hotel has great amenities and even though only a 4* - holds standards higher than so many 5*s I’ve been to.

A great hotel for families and skiers. We loved the outdoor heated pool and spa area. The food in the restaurant was good. However it seemed like they could do with more restaurant staff. As we always had to wait a while for someone to take our order. The staff worked hard but there just wasn’t enough of them. We were there apparently during a busy week due to half term. No one really explained the seating arrangements at breakfast, but we got asked to move a couple of times which was weird, and made us feel awkward. I still don’t understand why we were asked to move as the lady didn’t speak English and unfortunately my German is very limited. We loved how close the hotel is to the gondola to go up to ski. Literally just 20 meters from the hotel entrance. The interski rental place is attached to the hotel. We liked the tennis courts. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. I felt that the hotel was reasonably priced for what you get, and I would go back.

This property was excellent and my wife and I found it to be one of the best ski hotels around. Although some of the rooms were a little dated, it kind of added to the charm. We will certainly keep this hotel on our short list.

There’s are 2 things that make me rate this property 5 star. Firstly, the outdoor pool is temperature control with stunning snowy mountain view! Secondly, breakfast with attentive staff there’s a lady with glasses who always ask our need. Breakfast are both variety and quality.

Very good Restaurants and ski facilities

Lots of stuff to do at this hotel, but staff was just ok and they nickel and dime you at every turn. 4 euros to use the washing machine, .50 cents for a ping pong ball to play the game, 2 euros for billiards, etc. No AC in high temps. Disappointing. Asked for a fan for the room and were told to go into town and buy one. Nice. While we were out buying one, they brought a tiny old desk fan to the room and maid let herself in when do not disturb was o the door. And the bathroom door is clear glass followed by a clear glass toilet door so everyone can see you in the bathroom which was right inside the maid entrance. Poor design. Try one of the other resorts in the area.

Excellent stay. Wonderful service, clean, spacious and comfortable room. Great food. Great amenities. The only thing missing is a hot tub/jacuzzi

Alpina Family & Sporthotel was a great place to stay. The room was spacious, nicely decorated with a Scandinavian meets Alpine feel. The pools are spa-like, but kid friendly. The gym is great, with helpful staff and free classes. There are 2 food options - we only had breakfast included so we ate at the pizzeria for dinner 2 nights which was very good and easy. We are at the hotel restaurant one night, it was pretty good but difficult to get through 4 courses with a 1.5 year old! Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel

It was amazing, it´s a great location for skiing but far from grocery shops, apart from small one few steps away. But if you have a car it´s no problem. We didn´t have a car, at first we tought it would be a big trouble, but at the end, it made our vacation even better :-)

This place was amazing. The staff were perfect and every little detail of service they provided exceeded our expectations and made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend this place for families with children from babies to primary school aged (we stayed off season with a toddler and a baby, but there wasn't much to do for teenagers when the lifts are closed).

The hotel is beautiful!!! Great views from hotel!!! Very good location . Excellent for children. Definitely go back to this hotel

Hotel promove uma excelente experiência para relaxamento. Ótimas piscinas e saunas (grande variedade de saunas), excelentes instalações de quartos, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Enfim, experiência impecável. Obs.: fomos na primavera o que é baixa estação para região, o que fez com que houvesse menos hóspedes no hotel e pudéssemos aproveitar

The hotel was wonderful, much beautiful than expected! It was very clean and had a nice cozy athmosphere. The design was elegant, modern and decent. It showed they really care for details and service. From the begining, at the reception we had such warm welcome. Everybody working there are so friendly. More than an hotel it was like a resort for me, like a family resort. We used the amazing pool on the roof to relax with the mountains in front of us, it was a dream! We also played tennis insde the hotel which was so much fun! There were other games as well on the bistro and upstairs for the kids. There was so much to do, you will never get bored! Even staying in the room was a delight, because we had the Double Room with balcony and the view was amazing! Abou the price it was worht it, it is not cheap but I think for the service you get the prices are fair and affordable. We went for ski vacations in April with my teenage son, and I loved that the cable car to the top of the ski mountain was next to the hotel and the rental shops where also there. The hotel has a room to save all the ski equipment, that was very helpful. They also offer activities but we had not much time for them, as we where the whole day on the ski mountain. The food was great, so we had no need to eat anywhere else. I learned that the hotel belongs to a family and I think that is why eventhough it is big it still feels like a cozy friendly place to stay. Loved it!

Wer den rundum perfekten Winterurlaub sucht, ist hier richtig. Hier stimmt vom Frühstück über den Lift gleich nebenan bis zum Wellnessbereich einfach alles.

Vi havde et super godt ophold. Fantastisk morgenbuffet. God restaurant/bistro. Lækker pool. Store værelser. Det eneste lille bitte minus - mangler lys på terrassen 😉

The best located hotel in Alpendorf! Very good service, nice rooms, nice wellness with top-roof pool which is fantastic! We have stayed in the hotel more then five times already - both winter and summer - and definitely are coming back again!
