Great breakfast

The air conditioning didn’t work and because the room faced onto the main road and bridge it was super noisy having the windows open. Overall nice hotel and easy to locate

Great hotel

It's a really good central location in Vienna. The place is clean and the breakfast is decent. Would stay again if I'm back in town.

We can ssy that the hotel staf were great, specialy a guy named milan. The aircondition was not that good. It is a noisy envoierment because of the subway near the hotel. The hotel is 4 k.m from the center , so you need the subway.

First time in vienna

The design of the bathroom is bad. Water leaked out easily. The room is a bit too small for two persons.

excellent staff service

Rooms are small but clean. The bathroom and shower are not combined and have only one sliding door for both. So you either taking a shower or sitting on the toilet with a door open. The show does not have a door or curtain so water covers all the floor in the bathroom.

Clean but carpet was old

I liked the warm welcome by the front office staff and generally friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the slightly extended time for the breakfast service. Also the hotel exudes a new and fresh feel. I did not like the washroom and toilet design as the shutter closes only one part exposing the other and the shower screen does not prevent water spilling into the floor beneath the sink which has weak drainage or ventilation causing water to pond for an extended time. Also the room air conditioning could not be adjusted to the temperature of your choice (always returns to a preset temperature). Overall, both my partner and I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel.

A really nice hotel.

Great location, close to subway and tram. The price was good for being close to inner city. Our room was on the side of the subway rails and was rather loud. Ear plugs if you need them is suggested.

First room was dusty and had hair on the bed, so we changed room. There is no air conditioning, despite what they advertise, it was blowing out 29 degree heat all night and we couldn't sleep. I've seen other reviews with the same complaint, and staff confirmed A/C only works at certain times. The bed sinks in when you lay on it, and I ended up with a bad back.The toilet door doesn't close fully in any of the rooms, so you can hear eachother, and see eachother through the crack in the door. Hair drier didn't work, they replaced it with another one which would overheat and stop working after 30 seconds of use. Housekeeping came in and invaded our privacy when we left do not disturb on the door. They also never changed our sheets during our visit, they only made the bed. Breakfast was incredibly overpriced for what they offer, and it was always an unpleasant experience because of how busy and cramped it was. The location is in a really rough part of Vienna too, lots of drunk people. All in all, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, particularly not for a couple.

Property is very close to the U-Bahn station on U4 line which makes it a very convenient location. Interaction with the staff was minimal as I had late check in (11pm) and early check out (3am) and didn’t use the breakfast facilities. Was a bit wary checking in and out at these times with a darkened reception area and minimal people around but this was more because I was a solo female traveller. There was a lot of noise on my final evening however when this was reported, the staff did go and ask them to quieten down which was appreciated. Other nights nice and quiet. Room spacious and clean with everything I needed. Powerful shower. Comfy bed - only thing I’d prefer was a double duvet for single occupancy instead of two singles but again this is personal choice. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

Area is very near train/ tram stations going to and from city centre and very accessible to Belvedere and Schunbrunn Palace if you visit.
