Everything about my experience was great. The staff is super kind, the rooms are fine and the bed is comfortable. The best part is the location, super close to everything.

We had the perfect stay at Hotel Aqua in Brussels! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with a secure and reasonably priced car park conveniently located below the hotel.
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed – especially with the thoughtful touch of Belgian chocolates waiting for us in the room. Our room was spacious and ideally situated near the shopping district and some great places to eat.
The shower was excellent – powerful and refreshing, just what we needed after a day exploring the city. Breakfast was another highlight, with an amazing selection to suit every taste. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It was also a great little getaway for our dog, who was made to feel just as welcome as we were.
We’d highly recommend Hotel Aqua to anyone visiting Brussels – a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

I stayed there during a business trip, and it was a solid choice. The hotel is quiet and convenient, with a clean room that provided a comfortable stay. The breakfast was decent, and the overall experience was just what I needed for a short business trip.

Very good service. Corner near the reception with free coffee and snacks. We had a very tiny room, but it was very clean. Delicious breakfast. The street was very shady at night, but nothing dangerous happened. Nearby many restaurants, shops and public transport.

Staff was great, 20 minutes by foot from city centre, 15 minutes by Metro which is 100 meters from hotel.
Every morning you get fresh towels and room cleaning.
In the morning, the lobby offers free snacks, tea and coffee.
We were staying during New Years Eve and prices were perfect.
