One of the best hotels we stayed in during our European trip. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was great. They even gave us a small gift for our honeymoon. If you are driving, ask the staff about the free parking lot; it is a four-minute drive, and you can take the bus back for €2.50.

I love my stay here. Room was big, spacious. Bathroom n room were clean. Bed & pillow comfortable. Breakfast was great too.

Stayed here overnight a couple of weekends ago and had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Really good breakfast included. Will def stay here again as it was close to the town centre, had a great little bar across the canal and a Carrefour opposite if you need any groceries.

We were amazed that two nights with breakfast in a very comfotable and centrally located hotel, with parking for two nights in their garage, came to less than we have been used to paying in the centre of other touristy cities. The room we were allocated was in fact designed for less abled visitors and as a result the shower was more of a wet room and the whole bathroom floor was awash, but judicial use of the plentiful towels to create a dyke around the shower area did the trick. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the breakfast as good as any hotel breakfast we have ever enjoyed. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location could not have been better. We will certainly use this hotel again if we need to stay in Bruges.

Bedwantsen. Bed bugs. Both my wife and I are covered in red dots. Called the pest control yesterday for our own house, fingers crossed we didn’t take them home. Sent the hotel a mail yesterday morning, didn’t hear anything back. I could add pictures of the red dots on our skin but don’t want to scare anyone, it looks nasty.
