Stayed here for 6 nights. Have been many times over the years. The hotel is a great place to stay with friendly service and a good ambiance. The rooms were clean and well kept. Unfortunately in our first room, the air conditioning wasn’t working which we tried to put up with but the weather was very humid and the room just seemed to get hotter- but the reception were easy to talk to and were able to change the rooms for us when there was a room available. It was over the holiday period and weekend so getting an engineer out was always going to prove challenging in the short space of time. The new room the air conditioning worked very well indeed- thank you reception- helped make the stay as enjoyable as it was. The hotel courtyard/bar is a fantastic place to sit, drink and or eat. It’s a relaxing place with a friendly feel and service. The food is excellent. Notably the Ribs and fries, fish dishes and the Dame Blanche. The location is good, not just for access to the National routes or to get into Brugge but for walks around the locality through the woods for after dinner or during the day. Always enjoy our stays here.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of the city that is 2 minutes from the main motorway. A cab ride is about €15 i to the centre of Brugges and the car park is ample with Tesla charging points as well. The hotel is smart and very clean and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff members were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Had an excellent stay, I was given a large adapted room which would be perfect for anyone with mobility issues. Bathroom had both a wet room and a bath. Had a very good, reasonably priced dinner in the Bistro. Super breakfast. Will stay here again if ever in the area.

Although it’s rated 4 stars, it’s far from the truth. I had to pay extra for the city fee, even though it was already paid in advance. The room was dirty, with damaged and stained furniture, and filthy armchairs. Despite paying for three people and clearly stating that we have a baby, they asked an additional €30 for a baby coat. Soundproofing was non-existent; starting at 6AM, doors slamming in the hotel hallway woke up my child, and we couldn’t sleep afterward. Definitely avoid if you’re traveling with kids!
