If you are looking for and extremely beautiful and relaxing resort, I recommend it. The pools are amazing, the two restaurants very comfortable and able to make adjustments if you have a food restriction. We were able to keep our gluten-free and red meat free diet in all meals. Very good infrastructure to travel with babies. The beach is just next to the pool. Very beautiful and green ocean, though it is not calm waters to swim. The only downside is that not all employees are well trained to provide services you expect in a high level resort like this, from cocktails preparation to provision of towels by the pool. By the way, the lack of towels by the pool we found very awkward, never seen in a high level resort. The receptionist asked us to go from the pool back to our room to receive towels for the pool (??!).

Jatiúca Hotel & Resort is a perfect place to stay because you can relax , enjoy the facilities , admire the landscape and you have no worries about food&drinks because the team is always there to help you. If something wrong comes up, they quickly fix it. The breakfast is amazing! The lunch is served with three options of meat (fish, chicken and steak). Each dinner is a different cuisine and you can eat Arabic food, Japanese food, Italian food and so on …

Service was great, excellent people, specially Ronaldo Paz, waiter at the resort that with his treatment we felt very special on our honeymoon. Location was amazing, food was great. I would definitely consider coming back. My husband and I had a great time!

We were with a company of 13 and all of us got sick(diarrhea/vomiting). We found out that about 2/3 of the hotel guests suffered from the same. The hotel pretended nothing was wrong, not advising us in advance when we arrived, though they knew about the problem. Luckily they can bring you fresh bedlinnen also during the night…you might need it. Another issue is that they also allow larger groups to drink and bring their own gettoblasters with a disputable taste of music on their terrace and pool. Must say the place is beautifully situated right on the beach.

I could not have been better. Everyone so warm and kind. Great food, accomodations, service, breakfast, pool and beach. Conviniently located near the beach walk. Friendly. Great to come with your partner or family. Family activities. Gym is great with a lovely view of the ocean and group activities for children. You should visit!
