I wish the sauna had controls available to the patrons with a 10 minute timer. Also, most good hotels do not require an email address to use WiFi. My room number and last name is sufficient. Do not sell my email to third parties. Otherwise my stay was amazing and this is the best hotel in Uberlândia.

I have stayed in your hotel many many times and spent thousands of dollars. Even had our wedding reception there. Today when I needed a taxi because little Gabriel is sick in hospital. I waited 1 hour and nothing arrived. Flavia my wife wants us to stay there . Never again will I ever stay in your hotel. This is totally unacceptable considering how much money 💰 have spent there over the years, 6 years and more. I am no longer a client of this hotel in Uberlândia. One Uber could have done, but absolutely nothing!!!

I was on business travel from the US, and this hotel had a great location right next to the Uberlandia mall. The hotel was very clean and modern Breakfast was good too.

The hotel was cleaned and organized. The elevators were a BIG problem. Only one was working and it would take several minutes to be able to get in one. The stairs were an option, but they were not clearly labeled or cleaned. The stairs stored some cleaning supplies and other things. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Internet was not working well, it only worked 1 day out of 3 that I was there. The room as very clean! The sliding door to the balcony did not lock at all.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times and this time I was given the worst room I had from experience. During my 12 day stay somebody knocked on my door at 8am 3x!!! Once she asked if I needed refill in the minibar, the other was a mistake she thought my room was empty and the last we didn’t bother to answer the door! The PT in the gym was very rude. She turned off the ambient music without asking or checking the other guests!! This happened almost daily!!! Awful. I was by the pool chilling and she would do that! The tv was randomly playing some sort of religious channel, in the gym! Bizarre. The lights and the air conditioning would turn off in the middle of your workout! This was very annoying. It happened at least 4 days consecutively!!! We had to ask for the sauna to be on all the time and sometimes we had to ask again because they didn’t follow up with our previous request. Once the phone line in the gym/pool was off and nobody bothered to check. Awful really.
