Enjoyed our stay there with friends and family. Only complaint would be that the pillows are really soft. Felt like we were sleeping with bean bags under our heads. But the hotel staff were nice and polite and the restaurant's food was very good and their staff went out of the way to be helpful and accommodating.

Considering where you are in a 3rd world country, they do a great job. But I got one bath towel, one hand towel. No wash cloth. Only a sheet on the bed, no blanket. Now it's roasting hot, but a light blanket with AC is really nice. Food is great, service is great, people are great!

The only good thing is being close to the airport if you need to catch an early flight. It’s a joke call this 4-stars. Room has mold and they give you one bath towel even though you booked a room for two people. No blanket and horrible pillows. Staff is inattentive and unhelpful. Tried to relax by booking a massage with them and I had to stop mid massage and tell the guy to stop. Worst massage ever, how do they even let anyone use their hotel for these services? Next time I’ll just do Ibis so at least I’ll know what I’m getting.

The hotel was good for a 4 Star hotel. Good service. The location is OK. Near the airport and not far from the city. So using Uber was easy and not pricy to get to the city. Not all the staff speak english ao be aware of that. The buffet was OK not something special. Stayed there at the end of the dry season.

I'd give it five stars except that the little plastic black cover on the lock kept falling off which was irritating.
Good food in restaurant, especially when they serve a buffet.
Great location short drive from airport.
