The Rizqun International Hotel is a beautiful hotel and is well appointed. The amenities are excellent and the staff are very accommodating and helpful. The Restaurant Buffet is extensive and the food is well prepared and there is a variety of choices. My only complaint was the non availability of access to the Internet.The Hotel has routers on every floor but for some reason I could not gain access until the second day of my stay. It was supposed to be a five star hotel. Sure the room and washroom were big and spacious. But I couldn't say the same with their hygiene and services. Toilet seat looks worn out with marks all over it. My bathtub wasn't cleaned everyday when it's so obvious that its been used. The bed sheet have weird smell that I couldn't place or is it the carpet? Waitress at breakfast were cold and unwelcoming. Food also not the one to write home about, fruit were tasteless and vegetables served uncooked thoroughly. The only good thing is their location and many shops surrounding.
