I’m on long term lease of the 3 bedrooms with one of the best views in Phnom Penh. My family loves it whenever they are in town and it’s nice to be winding down after work in an area like Chroy Changvar rather than busy areas like BKK.

Really tidy, huge rooms and great views. Top that with a roof terrace, minimarket and a pool plus a delicious breakfast of your choice. Good location near the centre, but on the quieter side of the river. Lots of dining possibilities near. What's not to like 😍

Bellevue Serviced Apartment is located just around the Tonle Sap Riverbank. It has Japanese management. It has 17 floors, which is divided front building and rear building. Front building has 11 floors (1-11), while rear building has 17 floor (1-17). All the unit has the Tonle Sap River view. It has like a semi open air concept, where outside air can enter into the building, that when you are in the alley of this apartment, you can feel the air is breezing that makes you will feel great, as if you are in an open field. The unit, either single, double or even triple bedroom are spacious, thanks to the layout design. As a serviced apartment, they provide you with all the things you need to do cooking and eating, suchs as electric stove, freezer, cutleries, spoon, fork, plates, etc. You are also served with brakfast in the 11 floor. Swimming pool is available in the first floor (one up after ground floor).
