I will never ever rent here again. 1- you have to check-in at another hotel to get your key and return it; 2- the bathroom sink completely rusted and water taps in poor condition; 3-bathtubs are grubby ; 4- dispensers empty. The exterior is not plowed neither are the walkways to the rooms . Zero service at location it looks deserted; I wrote 3 times with questions and received absolutely NO REPLY. I EVEN CALLED NO REPLY AGAIN. HORRIBLE PLACE.

We couldnt stay there as they gave us a room on second floor. No reception desk property desserted had to go to Manoir then no one knew the lay out of hotel. I wond up wuth no where to stay. Plus I had just oaid. The person at the desk had no authority to refund me. We had to wait the following day to have only a partial refund as the computer wouldnt allow it then had to keep in touch to get the rest of the refund. I was offer to stay at their hotel instead having to pay much more and gaving to take a roomcfor a few days and from there to have to move to different room firctge rest of our stay. Please do yourself a favor check in the comfort in in St Georges was very welcoming. No one wants to have nowhers to stay after travelling for 11 hours from Nova Scotia to Quèbec.

Even if the property looks not top notch from the outside - it is awesome! Super clean rooms, everything in it, and the staff and adjoining restaurant are just wonderful!!!! We can highly recommend it!!!!

Fan in washroom so loud I couldn’t have a bath.It turns on with the light. Dirty around tiles. Steps full of weeds. Good reception.

Awesome stay here

Stayed 1 night at Happy Logis and it was a nice stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable which was nice after a long drive. The bathroom was a little outdated compared to the rest of the room and the faucets were a bit hard to navigate. The knobs were a bit hard to turn and the hot water would sometimes be scorching, so be careful trying to find a good balance. It was about an hour away from the highway (TransCanada) so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get there. The cafe and the restaurant below was pretty busy but we couldn't hear much of the noise coming from downstairs. Overall a pleasant stay.

The room was renovated and nicely done but the bathroom needs work. Beds are very comfortable. The grounds need a little love. The shrubs are so big they use up all the walkway and stairs. Still very comfortable and very well situated. Restaurant on site and gas station across the street.

This is a perfectly acceptable motel for a stay at Lac Etchemin, though I found it a bit expensive for what it was at $145 CAD for the night. The room was comfortable with everything you could need, but the bathroom seemed not to have been updated in about 70 years. The wifi was good, the room was well sonorized, the AC worked, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower was excellent. There was a drip over the toilet from the room above which made the floor around our toilet and its seat wet, but it was bearable as long as you don't mind a few rain drops on you while you're using it. The real downside, in my view, is that if you needed anything (like, even a receipt or something), there is no service for this accommodation. You have to wait in line with people trying to be seated at the town's most popular restaurant to get your key, and if you have any need other than that, I think you'd be out of luck. Happily, we had everything we needed, so it was fine.

Very friendly staff. Quaint and safe area. Beds were not very comfortable, water turns hot and cold while showering & my breakfast was supposed to have raspberries and they substituted grapes without saying anything
