Clean friendly

There is a beautiful beautifull fall Jean Larose near that hotel worth to see, nice big church to visit inside, good coffee and sandwiches at Café Appolo in the area, the Quai look out to Orleans Island is nice too.

No one at the front desk. They are doing renovations. A very loud rumble kept me up all night Very dangerous to get put of the parking lot as cars are hard to see, run fast on 4 lanes

The beds were very comfortable, and there was no noise from other occupants or running in the hall, it was wonderful. The front desk could have been more knowledgeable when asked about places to go, but we had our destination already. Another downfall was the stairs but overall it was wonderful we walked to 3 restaurants after a great day on ile D'Orlean and old Quebec. We will stay there again.

We ask for towels and we was told we gave you towels yesterday and and we dobt have more abd beds weren't made and garbsge was pixked up !!! Worse hotle !!

Ac didn't work in the room we booked so their solution was moving our family to a one bed bedroom where I slept on the couch. Expedia posts pictures that have NOTHING to do with the property, make sure you read the listing. There are pictures of a pool, waterfall, lounge area - this place is crammed between mosquito nesting ground and highway, loud and itchy. After this trip, I'll never deal with Expedia or this hotel ever again. Expedia is the bigger bad guy here. Being new to booking trips online, I depended on pictures being accurate and hoped Maybe, JUST MAYBE - I could depend on them to take some of the load of my trip off. What a delusion.

The room was comfortable, check-in easy. Although a coffee machine and sugar were provided, no coffee was. Some guests received a breakfast; others did not. The distinction was unclear.

We had made that reservation several months before with the understanding that we would have what was advertised. When we arrived, we found out that the dining room had been closed for several months but yet is still advertised when looking at their website. When we got to our room, we also found out that there was indeed a convenient coffee maker but we had to go to the main desk to find out that the little coffee capsules were available for purchase only .. ... .. and then we also found out that the fireplace was not a gas or propane fireplace but a wood fired appliance which due to safety concern was only allowed to use commercial logs at a cost of over 8 to 11 dollars. This was only available at the desk which was not staffed most of the time during our stay. I do not recommend that establishment and will never go there again.

Chambre désuette, vieux meubles, vieux lits, vieux tapis, propreté douteuse - chambre au 2e étage il faisait trop chaud et le moustiquaire de la porte patio était tout brisé et pendait. On ne pouvait donc pas laisser la porte entrouverte. Je ne suis pas restée, je suis partie tout de suite et trouvé ailleurs (tout près) une belle chambre propre qui accepte les chiens - et pour un peu moins cher en plus.

Nobody present for check in. Called number on desk but owner’s cell had been left on desk in front of me. Owner/manager showed up after about 15 minutes. Quick check in after that; got room keys but they didn’t work. Went back down and got new keys. Finally got in. Room was clean though rundown. Bed was pretty comfortable but pillows felt like they were made of cement. Toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. Down to lobby to use bathroom there. No lock on bathroom door in lobby. Shower curtain had mild on bottom. Not a great experience especially for almost $200 a room.. Go elsewhere.

Nice view from the balcony, but couldnt take advantage of the fresh air due to the pouring rain.

Dated hotel with limited amenities. Comfortable apart from the lack of any air flow. Would be worried about staying in very warm weather.

The staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. They gave us several options for dinner as well as places of interest. The room was clean, bright and perfect for a ski weekend. If the restaurant and Bistro open again, it will be perfect.

I really liked the quiet setting despite being near a busy road. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We hope to come back.
