Central location and quiet. Gym lacked any decent equipment for lifting, pool and hot tub nice. Overall great stay

our view was great but unfortunately there was no mention of construction during booking or during check in , hammer drilling and air chisels directly above us , dust coming through bathroom vent dropping all over toilet , sink also did not drain ,

Choose this hotel because it was en route to our destination. Staff were friendly and responsive. Was pleasantly surprised by the nearby shopping/restaurant district, lavishly decorated for Christmas. Great restaurants, coffee shops & shops to explore. Would stay here again.

The bed had a big blood stain in it when we arrived they didn’t apologize but gave us a smaller poorly lit room instead.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly impacted my experience and led me to cancel my planned extended stay. Firstly, I was not informed in advance about the ongoing construction work at the hotel, which created constant noise and made it impossible for me to relax during my visit. This was especially frustrating as I had chosen your hotel for a peaceful and comfortable stay, and the noise made that impossible. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there were no suitable TV entertainment options available for children in the rooms. When I raised this concern with the reception, I was told that I should bring my own laptop, which was far from an ideal solution for a family-friendly hotel. The lack of proper amenities for kids made the situation even more frustrating. As someone who works in the hospitality industry (I am the Outlet Manager at the Sheraton Airport Hotel), I understand the importance of clear communication and setting realistic expectations for guests. I would have appreciated being informed about the construction and other disruptions ahead of time, so I could have made a more informed decision about my stay.

Good stay! Our room was nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were nice too. The pillows were super uncomfortable, and the phone in our room to call the front desk was working.

There weren’t any water bottles, bathrobes and hospitality for the guests. Heating system was average. Telephone service was not working. Overall, the hotel is good with less amenities and more charges. Average.
