Front desk staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location is very close to many amenities. Nice selection of food for the complimentary breakfast. Property felt safe for both ourselves and our vehicle. We were in Chilliwack for one night for business and the Comfort Inn was very good value for our needs.

Front desk staff were so friendly and professional. Three stars as we didn’t get turn down service for any of the three days we were there, which was not expected. A nice, clean place at a decent price. Thanks you!

Great value for the price. Room 222 was a problem though. The lights from outside shinesthrough the window all night! There are blackout curtains but they are too small. I informed the front desk and recommended a black out blind as well.

Was not informed until I went to check in that they do not host “local residents”. And yes, Agassiz counts as “local”. The hotel cancelled my reservation and told me I had to find a different hotel.

The front desk attendant megan treated us like criminals right from when we were chexkin in until the next day when she came up to the room at 11am banging on the door stating "I will call the police if you dont leave within the next 10 minutes" keep in mind its 11:05am and then she chaged us an extended stay fee of $50 for checking out at 11:15am. We dont know what we did to deserve this kind of treatment, we travel all over BC and this was the worst stay of our travels we are not happy and we've contactex corporate about the issue.
