Friendly staff! No complaints

Initial issue with first room assigned as toilet did not work. We were relocated to another room. Staff dealt with issue quickly.

Excellent. Close to the airport. Excellent morning breakfast. The only issue is there is no pool or elevator. Fortunately as seniors we were able to carry our bags upstairs, as there is no elevator.

Great place to stay, right next to the airport. Rooms are clean and beds are great!

I have NEVER stayed at a property without an elevator to the 2nd or 3rd floors. How would you expect 2 seniors, one with a disability, to climb stairs with heavy luggage?? Fortunately Carmen in reception secured ,us a room on the 1st floor. She was very polite and caring.

Some electrical circuits in my room (and several others) started weirding out around midnight: 5 second outages, brownouts, reboot beeps, no heat, etc. Night manager found me another room around 12:30 am. Staff was great. Underlying electrics, no so much.

Beds were comfortable, staff was very nice and helpful, and breakfast was great, but but room had notable maintenance/upkeep issues that significantly affected the overall enjoyment of the stay and impression of the hotel. Shower drained extremely slowly - after ten minutes in the shower water was up to my ankles. Look 10 minutes to fully drain. Shower curtain slid down the curtain bar by one foot on both ends - wouldn't stay extended all the way. Guessing bad was installed slumped down in the middle instead of level. Curtain was torn in numerous spots at the top. Mold or mildew in several spots on shower grout/caulk. Finish on bottom of bathroom mirror was worn off. Desk chair fabric torn in serveral spots. Can't get site to let me upload pics but I did take some.

Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable and 1 km from airport. No free shuttle but taxi is $25 or Uber is $16. Free breakfast was good. Food area was clean and well kept. No elevator which may be a problem for some. We were fine with it. Had a great sleep. Fridge and microwave in room is super convenient.

This is a run-of-the mill airport hotel. A clean room and bathroom and a comfortable bed are all I ask for and it had those. So why the 2 star rating? I've been staying at airport hotels frequently for the last 40 years and have never encountered an airport hotel that doesn't offer a free airport shuttle. When I called the hotel to ask where to catch the airport shuttle I was told they didn't have one. But the person I spoke to said I'd be reimbursed if I took a taxi but it had to be a Co-Op taxi. When I got to the taxi stand all the taxis looked the same so I grabbed one because it was late. When I checked in the lady at reception seemed bewildered by the taxi reimbursement. She checked my account and said she didn't think I could get the refund because I booked on Expedia. WHAT??? The taxi driver at the airport explained that it was a short trip but there's a minimum fee according to the government of Quebec so the taxi was $24.90. I knew I wasn't being fleeced because there's a statement from the province of Quebec attached to the taxi window stating just that. Assuming a taxi is required back to the airport in the morning, add about $50 to your cost because there's no shuttle. I would never have stayed there and I think I can be excused for not checking about the shuttle beforehand since I've never heard of an airport hotel not offering shuttle service. Beware.
