A nice room partially overlooking the harbour (the roof of the neighbouring building blocked half the view). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for wandering around the downtown.

The staff were so helpful! The room was in excellent condition, the location is outstanding. Right in the heart of St. John’s. I spent a long weekend, and started my days with an early walk through the harbour and downtown area. It’s a working harbour! How best to see the ships coming in, the loading and unloading, the forklifts buzzing around.and then lots of dining nearby. Loved this stay.

Wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was fantastic too! We had a harbour view room and saw many ships coming and going. I would definitely stay here again.

It's our second stay during our visit to St. John's. We received a very warm reception from the front desk staff. We ate at the hotel restaurant, Gian, for the first time. The fish and chips were delicious and the chicken fettuccine was superb. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

I really appreciated everything about my stay. I had a great room with decent view. Amenities were great. Customer service amazing. If i was to give one piece of feedbqck would be better quality toilet paper...Would stay here again.

We like this property in St.John's as it is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The harbour view was excellent to watch the working boats along with the huge cruise ship that came to dock in the morning.
