I was worried because the property is not considered to be in the best part of town but I felt very safe there. The parking lot is lit up very brightly and is completely visible from the front desk. The hotel was super clean and the room was very comfortable and cozy.

Excellent stay. We did however forget our I Pad and when we contacted them, they would not send it to us. We found this disappointing as it would have been great for customer service. However we now have to make an 10 hour trip of winter driving through mountain passes!😠

The property has seen better days dirty carpets throughout with a smell that was throughout the property. Guests/residents discussing rehab and withdrawal at breakfast. Breakfast was the same every morning cold pancakes and sausage coffee was weak even at the strong setting. Do not walk after dark or before daylight. Hotel was more of a hostel for drug users. Front desk was friendly enough I’m sure the $250 deposit is from
Issues with past guest.

Room had broken tiles, a mark from something on the toilet seat that didn’t come off, just in general very tired looking. Clean enough just needs updating. Extremely overpriced, but Taylor Swift was in town

Arrived late, after a full day of travelling, very tired and hoping to squeeze in a few hours of good sleep, arrived at the front desk and was greeted by a homeless lady and her dog camped immediately next to the main doors.
Once in my room and in bed it became very apparent that the room was facing the skyrail and for the next two hours thats all i could hear, needless to say i wasnt able to fall asleep and instead got up, showered and went to the airport where inwas able to get a better sleep than in my room.
When i told the front desk of my issues, they just shrugged and said thats the situation, nothing we can do. Pretty poor reaponse.
