The Indian-Woman Receptionist made my check-in @ The Deluxe Inn more difficult then it needed to be. I had lost my bank card & my ID cards during my travels to Toronto. Without my ID and only having a photo/digital copy of my ID cards (driver's licence/status card/& health card), made it extremely difficult to get a new bank card or book a luxurious 4-5★star hotel (something we have never gotten the opportunity to do until now). So my friend used his ID to help me book a room here at the Deluxe Inn. But for some reason they told him i was unable to book more than one night at a time. Which i figured okay thats a little weird but nothing totally out of the unusual. Then I noticed there was a big sign at the front desk that said "NO VISITORS", which I could understand if it said after a certain time like 10pm or 11pm, but nope. No visitors whatsoever. I booked my first night stay (which was a one bedroom room that costs $135/night)..the next day i went down in the morning to rebook a second night stay (which they charged me $160/night for the same one bedroom room), the third night stay they charged me $150/night for the same one bedroom nightstay.

It us an older building but very clean and comfortable. Staff was great.

Walls are paper thin because I could hear loud and clear everything that was going on outside the room, on the sidewalk. Everyone talking and passing by, even in the middle of the night. Otherwise it was good for the price!

Ot was a good stay for what we were there for I didn’t like that they still held the $200 deposit even though I pre paid for the room

I think this what you get when you are looking for cheaper place. Just booked here for Taylor Swift concert because all the hotels in downtown are fully booked and expensive.

I think my title says it all. The place need love. The cleanliness was so so. It is cleam on the surface but don't dig too much. Everything is old and needs to be refreshed.

Friendly staff and easy access units

The staff was wonderful.

The property was quite dirty and very unkept. Staff eere very polite and accommodating, but rooms were dirty and washrooms not well updated. Would not recommend this hotel at all

The floors were wet from a plumbing leak and the tub was disgusting. The room was unclean. Heater was noisey and the room was still cold.

Clean and parking is free!

The card to unlock the door did not work. After three different tries, back-and-forth to the office. The office manager came out and actually had to unlock the door for us. Good thing we weren’t going anywhere except to bed and check out in the morning.

More of a motel than hotel, but the room was clean and the washroom was clean and that's all my wife and I wanted. We were just looking for a place to sleep so we could get up early and take-off to our next destination. If you go in with this type of expectation, will won't be disappointed. If you are picky and uppity......spare everybody your disappointment. The people behind the counter were pleasant.

Well located but the front staff really show they don't care about the quality of your stay. They advertise queen beds but they are not. The beds are only doubles.

This is alright for a one night stay, if you are passing thru. The motel is showing age but some areas have been renewed. There was a microwave and fridge but no coffee maker. Room is kinda small. Room and bathroom was clean.

All rooms are having lots off cockroaches. First, we got one room with cockroaches, After that they changed our room while we complained and we got one another room and faced same situation. Also, Very bad unpleasant smell coming out from the room while we entered.
