Nothing extraordinary for the price. Front desk girl a bit full of herself and had an air of racial bias. Not too welcoming. Was expecting much more.professionalism.

The Good: The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The Bad: Unfortunately, the building itself and its maintenance(renovation) leave much to be desired. The heater in the room was extremely noisy, turning on intermittently throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The pool area had significant issues: no proper ventilation, resulting in condensation dripping from the ceiling, paint bubbling on some walls, and chipped pool flooring with fragments left in the water. Additionally, a curtain in the pool room was torn at the bottom, with exposed metal hanging out which can be a hazard. On both days, the pool area lacked towels, and guests had to request them and wait 15-20mns. We were told they were still in the dryers, which made it seem like the hotel might have been understaffed. The check-in process was another pain point, with a 30-45 minute wait for multiple guests. To their credit, the staff offered a 12 PM late checkout to make up for the inconvenience. Overall: The staff was not the issue,they were helpful and did their best but the building is in dire need of repairs and updates. While the service was appreciated, I wouldn’t return unless the facility undergoes a refresh.

No shuttle to the airport the Expedia was miss leading I had to book an uber.

BE REALLY CAREFUL at this hotel, a member of our group had their car stolen . There is a lot of car stolen in this area. It time for the hotel to do something about it

The hotel inside is very nice and recently renovated. It was a surprise when we arrived to see the scaffolding around the building. At first we where concerned but that was taken care off when we saw the cleanliness inside the hotel. The room key system wasn’t working so a staff member needed to come and open the room door for us. It truly wasn’t an issue for us but much more for the staff. Apparently this has been going on for 3 days. Their supplier isn’t doing a good job!

We got a great deal for a newly renovated king size room. 13 minutes to airport. Lots of restaurants around the hotel for meals. Entire hotel was recently renovated. Only complaint was the traffic noise from the highway - the hotel is very close to freeway.

Would be a 5 star except the pool was closed and the breakfast buffet was okay. I wish they just did a nice scrambled egg instead of the egg cake things that were not the best. The pool being closed was not necessarily the hotels fault as they had updated Expedia but it was only mentioned in the FAQ section. However the Manager gave me a refund for 1 of my nights as it was not easy to notice that on the Expedia site. Overall a nice stay.

This was our second stay here over the last two weeks. We came back because the hotel location was good for us and our first room on the 3rd floor was nicely appointed and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fairly good. Our second 3 night stay was in a ground floor room that was not as comfortable as the first. We were disappointed that the pool was still closed after ten days due to water quality issues. Having worked in the pool industry for many years I find this unacceptable. The construction on the exterior of the hotel building seemed to be ramping up with construction activity in many areas. The breakfast was fairly good our first stay but was not nearly as good the second stay. Food was either cooked too much or not enough. Although our second stay was good it wasn’t up to the standards of our first stay. I would attribute this to being on the ground floor and the increased construction on the building envelope and the lower quality of the breakfast.
