Love the location. The desk staff was great!! Breakfast was fantastic!! Everything was hot and tasty! The room was spotless when we arrived. Also,we brought a car in today after 5 are finishing our tour tomorrow at one after we checkout and our parking expires. The lovely young man who unfortunately I do not know his name extended my parking 1hour complementary and they said they would keep my luggage for me until I return. However after our day out and returning back to room 247 we were surprised to see even though we had thrown our beds loosely together that they had not been straighten out to look as when we arrived initially. Which was okay but disappointing. The pool was closed for the winter. I was looking specifically for a hotel with a pool. Closures should be noted in the description of the hotel. My biggest issue was with the bathroom. The cleaning staff didn’t clean the bathtub at all. No attempt was made. The garbage was not cleaned from the bathroom and even though the towels were replaced we still ended up with one hand towel short. Not the usual standard of Hilton. Just wanted to share my experience this time. Also the drain of the tub is extremely slow to drain. I forgot to mention it this morning but will mention it at checkout tomorrow. The cleanliness score was based on the subpar cleaning of today. The property itself is very clean and inviting.

Great location and nice property. The only one minor comment is housekeeping missed our room and it took some time to get fresh towels, soap etc. Nonetheless, great hotel and would return again.
