The stay was great. The front desk agent basically gave us keys and said have a nice stay. No directions on where to park or where our room was. I had to ask for more information. Also no towels at pool and when i tried their pool phone to ask for more, the phone didnt work. It was a good stay but guest service always has room for improvement.

My Husband & I stayed here for one night. The room was very clean, spacious. My only complaint is that our room location was literally right next to the stairwell & the elevators so we heard people coming and going (loudly) until about 12:30am.
Breakfast Buffet was great in the a.m. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained the hotel is. Pool was lovely. Staff was helpful and friendly. Having recently been disappointed by comparable hotels in Brandon this was a treat.
