We loved and appreciated the free upgradeed room located on the 11th floor.
Nice and friendly staff at check-in and out. I mentioned to staff once the upcoming birthday of my husband. They greeted my husband very nicely.
Our room was high enough to view the top part of the beautiful Calgary Tower at night. Their underground parking is very much appreciated.
We only have a minor suggestion with the shower head. If it was a movable one, it will work much better for us. Thank you.

Hotel itself is an amazing experience, rooms are well appointed and clean. However the attached restaurant the "Yellow Door" has lost a step. We had a dinner and it lasted over 3 hours, we were constantly left waiting on drinks, and the tasting menu was lack lustre. Stay at the hotel arts but book elsewhere for food.

We loved our stay here and will come again. However, the water in the shower was NOT HOT. We complained immediately upon showering and were assured the water would be fixed for our second night there--but it was not. Otherwise, we really, really enjoyed the hotel!

The service from staff wasn’t the greatest alongside the online Check in I had to pay another deposit once I got to the property which didn’t make any sense. When I got to Yellow Door Bistro I was told no tables were available without reservations however the couple behind me got in. I only got a section after raising my concern. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price as there are better alternatives with greater service.

Belen at the front desk is a darling! Love the option for food and drinks on the premises. Our room was on a very quiet hallway - i think they are renovating some rooms in this hallway but didn’t actually hear any construction noise. Love the pool and bar service. Hotel arts has become one of our favourites to stay.
