The property has promise but, the back door to the deck would not open. This posed a safety issue from fire. The pullout bed was in very poor condition and extra difficult to open. Not an easy task for a 70 and 80 yr. old. Also, 3rd floor with only stair access was difficult , especially with luggage. The atmosphere was lacking in warmth.
Taxi service was excellent and much needed.

Cons: there’s no a/c inside the rooms. A/C is only available in the main living area. Stove was not working properly.

This place SAVED us! We booked an Air B&B and arrived to a complete mess of a unit with amenities not available that were listed. We had to get a refund and book another place since we traveled from NB ( 6 hours).
Luckily, we spotted this little gem. It is totally worth it. Beautiful spot centrally located to everything. Only a 20 minute walk to Old Quebec (uphill at times).
Check in was smooth. Parking available right out front of it that you could bundle at check in.
Wonderful place-we will be back!

Bright, spacious and stylish Loft, very comfortable beds and couch. We had everything we needed and were within a quick 15-min walk to Old Quebec. Would recommend to groups or couples.

The property is recently repainted so it is tidy and clean. However the property itself is old, like the "squeeze" sound from the floor and doors are sometime annoying. Basically, all door locks inside the the apartment are not quite functioning. Users are required to clean the dishes and towers join leaving. Clean the dishes is fine, but cleaning the towers by users using domestic washing machine makes me feel that it may not be clean enough. Other areas are good, Internet service is good and fast.

Very clean. Newly renovated. Beddings, toiletries, and kitchen are complete. Location is awesome. Few minutes walk to restaurants, bars, and convinient. Huge parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Great place - clean and bright and very comfortable. Parking across the street, and easy check in and out. The loft had everything we needed. Just a short walk up stairs and a few streets to St. Jean street that had lots of great shops and cafes. Loved the big windows in the loft and the A/C worked great with the late summer heat and humidity.

Beautiful loft in quiet neighbourhood. Super spacious and very well appointed kitchen. It needs hooks and rails in bathroom and bedrooms and somewhere in the bedrooms to put suitcase. The loft is below the old and new towns so getting to these areas requires a walk up numerous flights of steps or a slope, alternately everything in Quebec city is only a short taxi ride away and there are bus stops close to the loft.
