My room was so comfy. Breakfast was great, gym was clean and the pool was a great touch. Only issue was the studio / kitchen suites, as they were so poorly stocked that we had to buy our own items like dish soap, paper towel and cloths. Out of our 5 rooms, we had to trade pots and pans and cutlery just to get dinner done. The front desk staff were helpful after the first night, to locate more stuff for us.

We stayed here last weekend, for the first time. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed. Breakfast was pretty good, staff kept it going pretty well even though there were hockey teams. Friday night front desk left out cookies, loved that. Great location, definitely stay here again.

We were not notified that the pool heater and hot tub were not working before driving out as a hockey team. The security guard on duty that evening (Noel) instead of asking to speak to one of the parents terrified my 7 year old and her friend and yelled at them just for walking in the hall when it was later and they were coming down to the conference room which was booked for the team. I would not recommend this hotel.
Breakfast was fine.
And they did provide a room rate discount because of the pool issue.

Solid 1 or 2 stars for this one. The hotel has so much potential- it is new, has beautiful artwork, and a pool. Except when we stayed this weekend despite the “newness”, the Rooms really weren’t very clean. Suspicious red droppings of either juice or blood everywhere. The pool was broken and they refused to offer any sort of compensation (no reduced rate, no pool passes to stride place, nothing). The breakfast was fine but had random things missing and seemed really jumbled like so many oatmeal toppings but no oatmeal. Annnnnd when we were leaving there was a very heavy police presence for at least 2+ hours in our hall and the main floor. Wouldn’t recommend honestly.

Worst stay. I got a room on the ground floor. It was really noisy. The house keeping staff were yelling at each other in the laundry room all night . Lots of doors slamming. Hardly got any sleep.
The linen had a funky smell although the bed was comfortable. Room needs better downward lighting.
There are better choices in PLP.
