It was easy to check in but the photos and reviews on hotels.com are misleading.... The only good thing is the no smoking policy. The furniture and room were old and poor throughout the room. The TV was mad old looking and I found ants constantly throughout the bathroom and room -- there was literally 3 in the bathroom when I just checked in! There were holes in the bedding, only shampoo and conditioner provided (not even lotion) which were poor quality mind you. The shower was leaking through the head like crazy whenever I turned the water on and the heater/ac made creaking sounds randomly. Luckily, theres a ceiling fan to help improve the air circulation...... OH and the free "continental breakfast" was OJ and apple juice, yogurt, toast, english muffins, sad looking pastries, old fruit (honey dew when I was there), cereal and basic milk, oatmeals packs and coffee. I checked out the gym which had cockroaches, the cleaning wipes were dry, some weights were missing, and at least the treadmill programming didn't quite work. Last thing to mention was the parking lot... They don't salt often enough so be careful where you walk. There was ice every day and large patches were found almost every day of my stay

Room needs more lighting. I like the in-house restaurant. Location is very convenient.

Convenience, clean, the staff is nice

The property is worn and they could compensate by improving the breakfast. Essentially beyond a high carb breakfast and limited food, adding bacon is $8. Front desk and housekeeping are very attentive.

I changed rooms to a jacuzzi suite and it was much better and I love the jacuzzi and the layout of the room is awesome! The staff is wonderful!

Everything was great except for the fact that the room had ants in it. Staff made up for the inconvenience, and it was a great stay in the end.

Continental breakfast and the staff running the breakfast were lovely.

Great valve and clean. Very quiet and service desk has great customer service.

This property is an older Hotel that could use a little bit refurbishing but the staff is wonderful and friendly. I am an oxygen patient so I was happy to have room service close by and the housekeeping and maintenance staff were so helpful to me. My first room was okay, but my second room is wonderful.
