Everything was excellent beside my interaction with the front desk staff. She did her job but she was not welcoming. Consodering the chat lasted only a few minutes I would still rate my overall experience to be excellent.

Check in was fast. Stanley went out of his way to look after the clients. We have to leave the hotel so early in the morning and he packed us some snacks to take away as breakfast starts at 6am.

The bed sheets were wrinkled (looked like someone had already been in the bed). The mirrors were not clean and there was hair in the tub...made me wonder if the room had even been cleaned. Next visit to Montreal, I will not stay here.

Excellent service by the front desk staff, very helpful and accommodating as I ended up requesting a late check out. Did not get anchance to use the facilities nor the airport shuttle, but was a definite reason for booking this hotel, very close to the airport.
