Stayed for a night back in October. The room was quite dirty and the front desk staff was not very friendly. Small bugs were coming out of the bathroom sink drain, the shower faucet was not normal and was weird to figure out. Tub did not look clean.
Cheap, but not worth it. Photos look ok, but actual room condition was below expectations. Dirty and dated. I would at least expect friendly staff and a clean room.

Our family of five stayed at this hotel with our dog. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, we did not like how the room next to ours had a dog that barked off and on late into the night. We finally contacted the staff, and shortly after the issue was resolved.

Making a copy of my driver's license at check-in is a ridiculous protocol. Verifying my ID to confirm the credit card used is fine, but making a copy of my ID puts my personal information at risk from anyone with access to the front desk and hackers.
Our heat was not working upon arrival.

Comfortable beds, quality sheets and pillows. Not enough in-room lighting, dark flooring and darkly painred walls. Filthy garbage cans in our room. Glad the pool was open, however the hot tub was luke warm and jets not fon functioning properly.

The check-in was very easy and pleasant. We were in the right side tower. The elevator was terribly dirty, smears all over the button panel, carpet and edges were very dirty. Happily, the room was very clean, thank you. But there was a strong smell of smoking two times during the evening; don't know if it was the person next door or if it was coming through the vents in the ceiling from another area. It was STRONG. I didn't call anyone to complain because I didn't want to talk to anyone in my pajamas, I was so tired from travel. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because we had been here before and it was alright, good location, and there was "no smoking" in or around the hotel... Then around 3 a.m. I was awakened by a loud recorded phone woman's voice in another room: "...if you still want to make this purchase please press 1..." over and over again for a good 10 or more minutes. (I am guessing someone was purchasing something, had it on speaker phone and left the room?) I know this is not the hotel's fault, but the strong smell of smoking and gross elevator... I doubt we will be back, sorry to say.

The rooms were incredibly dirty. Stained sheets, grime in the bathroom, large bugs, soiled carpets, as well as a strange chemically odour. We asked to change rooms, initially I was told there is nothing else available. When my partner asked, we were moved to a dirtier room. When we notified the front desk again, she said nothing else pet-friendly is available. We insisted further that this is not acceptable, and we’re moved to a non-per friendly room that was equally dirty, with large bugs on the carpet. Finally, we were offered a fourth, equally gross room. The staff insisted the rooms are adequate, and we took a refund and left. Don’t try and save $30 for this place, many other hotels in the area are slightly more expensive, and remarkably cleaner.

We haven't liked anything but the patio off our room. I bought cleaning products after the staff swept a whole pan of dirt, hair and garbage. There's a white stain on the bedskirt, no towels and the shower backed up before I could finish shampooing my hair. We're off to check the pool. Hopes sre low at the moment.
