I noticed that the rooms have been upgraded and that you use European duvets - that’s an extra plus. Also the rooms were clean. There could have been more lighting in the room I had by the bedside.

Staff was very nice just not too helpful with complaints and missing supplies (coffee sweetener, coffee mate, cups)

I finally accepted the third room I looked at. The first room was on a floor that was dark and scary. The second room smelled like smoke, which I had just paid a deposit for no smoking in the room. The third room was on the traffic side so I got woken up prematurely both mornings. I could hear the neighbours showering. For such a big hotel with all those rooms it needs someone going around doing maintenance full-time. The walls, baseboards, and carpets were terribly dirty and neglected. I'm curious to know how long the hot tub has been out of service.

The staff were amazing but the building structure is very thin. My neighbour kept me up because the tv and his phone was too loud. I couldn’t sleep with it because the door that was connecting the rooms made it noisy and guests walking down the hallway made it noisy too. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable and I was glad I could have my pet with me. Thank you to the amazing staff!

First time staying here, but it was a very easy and accessible hotel location. Room was incredibly spacious and clean, bed was comfy and overall quiet location given location to highway traffic. I’d recommend for sure.

The room was cleanish. The fridge had something spilled on it and not cleaned prior to our stay. The bedding was clean and the bed was okay. Pillows were nice. The feel of the room was very out dated. The bath tub had a crack in it so not sanitary to have a bath. The sink faucet was installed improperly and awkward to use. There was coffee and sugar in room but no creamer or tea. The breakfast was overpriced and not clear of what was included. The lobby was clean and bright. Front staff when checking in when asked where is a good place to eat replied with “nowhere”. Not very professional. Overall it is a place to lay your head with an okay price. If in town again I would probably look for another place to stay.

For the price we paid through Expedia we were happy with the two nights we stayed, but after looking online direct we would never pay that much money to stay at this establishment. The pictures online are not at all what the rooms are like and it was not communicated to us that the hot tub was either being condemned or not working as it had plastic over the top of it. We were hoping to check out the restaurant attached for breakfast with family but when we arrived the waiter explained there was only so many items available and the menu was confusing as we didn’t see eggs for breakfast available. We were told at one point they could do bacon, eggs, sausage and toast but when the guy came to take our order he only asked 1/4 of us “bacon, eggs, hash brown?” And then walked away so we had no idea what we were getting or any drinks. The tables were also not clean at all. The site said absolutely no smoking yet the elevator consistently smelled like smoke. The outside walls did not prevent much noise from early morning traffic and outside patrons. As I said, for the price we paid for Expedia it was fine but would not stay here again.
