Room was dirty and not cleaned - toilet bed sub everything disgusting we were late for Taylor swift concert

The area was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. As for the rooms they were very cute but the cleanliness and maintenance needed some work. There was mold in the shower, stains on the couch, bathroom door didn’t close or lock, shower leaked, microwave didn’t work, and there was garbage under the bed. Over all we did have a great stay and a wonderful time!

I like the feel of the hotel. I didn’t feel like I was sleeping in a hotel, felt more like staying at a friends house. Only thing I didn’t like was how confusing it was to check in. Took an hour and a bunch of phone calls to finally check in. Front desk kept saying they didn’t have me booked and that I had to contact my my host and I had no idea who my host was or that I even had a host, front desk wouldn’t help me with anything but kept saying I need to contact my host and it’s not there problem

The property and staff were wonderful. The host company - the bay suites- did not provide a set of keys for us at check in. I was told the previous guests did not turn them over at their checkout. After traveling 25 hours for the Eras tour, we (2 adults 2 17 year olds) didn’t have a place to sleep for the night. The host company found another location for us to stay the night & it was absolutely tiny for 4 people - 1 full bed and a futon, then I had rented and PAID for a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. I was I informed they would not be reducing the amount I paid. Later that night they messaged me letting me know that there would be keys available the next day. At 12:15 I was notified the the condo was ready. We moved the car & all of our belongings for there to still not be a set of keys. I asked for confirmation that the keys were at the concierge's desk. They told me yes but they were not there. I was told we could check into the unit without the keys as the previous guest left it unlocked which I was not comfortable with at all. At this point I made a nonrefundable reservation at a different hotel that was a 1 bed & couch room because we needed a place to sleep after the concert & there was limited availability in the area. When we were about to park at the new hotel, I received a message & call that the keys were in fact at the desk now. By the time we were able to gets to the condo it was 22 hours past the original check in time & checking out the next day. A nightmare.

Great location, lots of space

we never got to check in they never showed to give us key and changed location and we never wven got to hotel room. we never checked in never gave us key we have no where to sleep . they never met us and changed locations and were not at the address i signed up for and we are stranded. this is absolutely horrible we are here for taylor swift from ny to toronto and literally have no where to sleep. i need refund and to file complaint . so unacceptable. my aunt is 71 and exhausted and this is the worst travel experience i have ever had. need refund but need place to sleep tonight ! we traveled internationally this is horrible. very upset.

This was a smooth ride in getting into the place and getting out. I love it . I would do it again .

Dated apartment. Strong smell of cleaning supplies on entry only to find the apartment wasn’t that clean. TV only has streaming services yet signal wasn’t strong enough to stream. Get an antenna.

The community is absolutely abysmal and was left stranded in the middle of the night ( for almost 8 hours) to the next morning before getting let into the apartment. Zero communication throughout the night and Expedia was appalling in handling of the situation, even gaslighting and throwing the blame back at the customer. Once in the apartment it was nice, decent and a lovely apartment. It is close to and a walking distance to everything. Unfortunately the first night ruin their score and almost ruin the stay with extreme tiredness and jet lag.

My daughter showed up to check in and they told her she did not have a reservation. They were rude, unkind, and not willing to help. She was not able to stay there and we had to make her another reservation elsewhere. We cannot get in touch with them and they will not refund us money. We will never use them again.

This is basically a game of chance. It apparently is a bunch of private residences, so you are at the mercy of the owner that Expedia picks for you. While sitting in the lobby for over 3 hours waiting for a key to our place, we saw a lot of people have smooth transactions, however there were 3 groups including mine, where there were no keys left by the owner. After running in circles with Expedia chat for 3 hours, and calling the property manager, only to have it go to voicemail all 6 times, we left and went to a Hilton Doubletree which was just amazing. This place looked nice, and if you want to chance it, probably is, but I will never stay here again.

I loved everything about the room! I was SO appreciative for the upgrade! Being on the 41st floor was amazing! Just what my spirit needed! The view! I didn't like that i did not know i was supposed to message to get a confirmation sent to the front desk. That was scary! This was a once in a lifetime experiece for us small town girls.! We REALLY want to come back and stay with you again! It was a blast! I ordered a pizza at 130am and fell asleep when it came. Sorry about that!

Apt was NOT clean and clearly suffered water damage. We were so uncomfortable that we even refused to shower there. I had a hard time sleeping in the bed… not only was it hard… it creaked…. And there was no top sheet so it felt unclean using the comforter. Blinds were not fully functional and locks on doors were missing….as well as the actual master door.

The bed was not a queen size bed the lampshades were missing on major of them the apartment was not very clean alot of hair and dust the bed was very firm not comfortable again it was not a queen thats the main seller of this apartment

Amazing property great location unit was clean. Check in was super easy!!!! Close to everything u could possibly want to do in downtown Toronto.

First issue was the price on expedia vs the price at check out. There is high additional fees which almost doubled the price. This is trickery to make the price seem appealing when searching for stays. I booked a lot on expedia, there is never this much additional fees. Rip off. Then the host was not responsive until the day off. Even though it said contact 24hrs before for check in info which i did. When the host finally responded on the day off, i had already arrived in town, he said check in at 5!! And check in info will be sent at 330. Too late and i had nowhere to go. Check in should be at 4 as a standard. I ended up flying back and didnt even check in. My money was gone of couse. Horrible experience. Dont book it.

It too high for me but beautiful. Communication is poor. It walkable to everything.

Arrived after midnight due to flight delay. Room was not available anymore bacause they said they tried to call at 9:30 PM ( while I was in the plane). Staff was annoyed and rude! After 1/2 hour in the lobby back and forth they offered a room. We went in that room just to find it not made up. Bed sheet’s were used and tossed on the floor. Bathroom towels all dirty and used and on the floor. Basically a room that had not been turned over. Brought this to the front desk staff’s attention and the reaction was that I should just ise that room for one night and them switch the next day. Absolutely unacceptable!! We have left and got a room at a different Hotel. Yo top it off, the security depaoit they took was not released and no refund was given! Stay clear of this place!!!! Expedia should take this one out of their system!! I spend North of 75.000 Cad a year on Travel and accommodation but this has been by far the worst experience!
