The Saga Resort is in an excellent location, walkable to the beach and restaurants. The renovated room we stayed in was comfortable, clean and spacious. Front desk welcome and service was excellent. It can be a little noisy on the shared balcony at times, but was really a very minor issue. Will definitely stay here again!

They called to see when we arrive and we made it pretty late check in but still room was not ready

Let me start off by saying room was not ready at 4pm for check in, big disappointment there. Finally got the room and it's pretty dirty garbage in bins was not removed, pee on the floor around the toilet, I was told the room wasn't ready because they are cleaning obviously they didn't clean very disappointed will never return here

Not as promised. They said it has working heating & air con but it was all broken also no air con in the bedroom because of which we could not sleep well while night.

Room was really nice, very clean and looks very modern . Perfect for a weekend getaway. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that they close the pool at 8 pm. We were hanging out by/ in the pool and were told we needed to get out at 8pm. I’ve been to several places that close at 10-11pm by Wasaga so this was a surprise to me a a little disappointing tbh.
