The staff is extremely courteous, there are 3 restaurants in walking distance and a WalMart. Also, the hotel is very affordable for how nice it is.

Hotel room was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The young fellow at the front desk was wonderful on Sunday afternoon at check in.
Have stayed here before and will continue to, when I come to Hamilton!

The hotel has a 24/7 restaurant for late night food. We had two rooms for a family birthday. Our entire family came down with Norovirus. It was so bad that the washrooms were full and there was nowhere to projectile vomit. There was puke on the floor like a massacre. We explained to staff how sorry we were and they were sympathetic the entire time. I thought for sure they would charge me for excessive cleaning but they didn't and it was very bad. Kudos to this hotel and I will definitely be returning to make it up to them πππ

The hotel itself is OK at the price; there are comfortable beds, and the staff is friendly. My only issue was with the other guests. They must have a group deal with a local government or business to rent blocks of rooms to workers. Everyone was OK, but all the hallways reeked of marijuana, and when I complained to the front desk, I was basically told there was nothing they could do as there was only one person on staff.

Stayed here twice to take advantage of discounts and promotions. This will be my last. Both times rooms weren't as clean as their competitors. Beds were comfortable and washrooms had good water pressure. Convenient location with Moxie's and Denny's food options for the stay in room travelling worker. I'm always nervous about bed bugs anywhere I stay, but this time we found one on my clothes. Luggage was kept away from the bed and it must've made its way in when kept on the desk. Good thing I isolate everything for a week before moving into the house. Won't be staying at Sandman again until they do a better job of thoroughly cleaning the rooms and washrooms.

There were Silverfish in both rooms I tried to stay in. The front desk was not surprised, they were apologetic. I was there less than 2 hours before I cancelled my stay and left.
