Our family, grandparents, parents and grandchildren, spent a weekend in Toronto to see the Lion King, enjoy skating in Nathan Phillips Square and visit Ripley’s Aquarium. We booked rooms overlooking the square. The rooms were perfect, comfy beds, a great view and all the attractions in walking distance.
Check in was very friendly and fast . We will definitely come back.

Stay was fine but several areas could be improved. Pool was not warm enough to enjoy as an adult. Not enough space to put belongings in bathroom. We stayed as a family (2 adults, 2 kids) but we were only given 3 towel sets each day. No robes in the room.

I love the location of the property. It just happened to be around the corner from where I needed to be. Its proximity to the Eaton Center and the skating rink was a bonus!
I loved that no matter what time of the day I returned to my room it was cleaned with fresh towels and drinking water replaced.

We went for skating and swimming. Skating was not on grounds but very convenient. Swimming was very good as it was heated, and everyone loved that the outdoor pool was open too.

The property location was excellent but i found there is limited food option. Total ambiance was great Afterall its Sheraton but found cleanness. Considering the price i can rate this base on location but otherwise overall experience was ok.

I love to stay at the Sheraton Centre when I'm in Toronto and need an overnight trip. The price is reasonable for downtown. I was in Montreal waiting for my delayed flight to Toronto, so I called the hotel to let them know I would probably be getting in very late. They immediately offered a preregistration to ensure that the room would not be given away as a "no show". When I got there after midnight, they offered a later checkout. Just great service. The breakfast included was fantastic. The pool is one of my favourites (in the world!).

The area is great if you want to be downtown. The Eaton centre and Mirvish theatres are walkable. The staff service was absolutely appalling. The worst hotel for customer service I have been to in years.
