Love this hotel it’s always clean and the decor is just what I like. The hotel staff always greet me and my dog every time we stay there. I’ve recently started staying In a suite and they are amazing

The staff were excellent and helpful. The room was large and the kitchen was well equipped. Great area, close to everything! Will definitely stay again!!!

Everything was ok except that if you don't drive, you will have to use uber/taxi all the time cos they don't do lunch and you will have to go away to get food or order food since there's no shops around. But overall, I loved my stay there.

We were very happy with this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and responded to every request promptly. The pool was lovely. We were impressed with the breakfast -- excellent choices and served till 9:30! We were surprised and impressed by the Social Hour where we enjoyed make your own tacos with either chicken or pulled pork. We actually didn't have to go out for dinner! The suite was comfortable and so nice to have a separate kitchen/living area.
The water in the bathroom sink did not get hot but was fine in the tub. The sofa was quite old and so not supportive enough being too soft.
But overall we will definitely make this our hotel of choice whenever we travel to Oakville.

The room was very nice and had everything that was expected for the price but the only problem I have was there was no internet connection and you could not explain to the maintenance man what the issue was that it was not connected to a router therefore my phone service provider had been using my data and charged me for data usage

We loved our sray here. Every staff member were so warm and kind and made us feel sob at home. The room itself gave our fanily all the space we needed. Only thing that would have helped is more seating in the lounge room. Was a 2 seater couch for family of five. Will definitely stay again thanks so much!
