We had a nice sized room with the convenience of two access doors-one into the hotel and one out into the parking lot. It was nice to have glasses-rather than plastic cups. The bed was comfortable ...but unfortunately, the bed sheets smelled of cigarette smoke. Yuck! We were in a non smoking room.

Our day was really wonderful. The room is very clean as well stocked with a coffees towels, etc. the hotel offers 20% off of pizza by the nearby restaurant as long as you show your room key I recommend this place some of the other hotels I stay throughout Canada, really friendly and a lot of Americans coming from the states to travel to Alaska so very orientated to help travelers

Although my room was next to the elevators, I did not hear anything. The manager went out of his way to pick me up at the airport as I didn’t fly in by commercial airline and arrived outside the normal shuttle hours. I felt very welcome and will book again (if I make it back to Ft. Nelson)!
