Everything is great. The only thing is that the water in the pool was cool in the morning and the yogurts for breakfast were finished and there were not enough yogurts for the hotel guests.

If i could put 0 starts i would. Read till the end.
Breakfast was horrible. Not enough food supply at 8:30 !! Wanted cream cheese for bagels on first day and there was no more, wanted a bagel at 9:50 the next day said no because they were kept for the next day or else they wouldnt have enough. Staff held my kid and told me there was too many people she cant be standing there. Next day I kept them in the room and went down to get them breakfast so they would eat , that staff stayed there looking at me telling me im not aloud to take yogurts and save them for later and that theyre only for breakfast. Told her how because of her theyre staying up in the room and it was for them. Got in several arguments with staff and very bad customer service. Do not recommend to anyone

Awesome property for families visiting Quebec City. Pool and hot tub provided hours of fun and room was fine. Only downside was that housekeeping was only once per 3 days but towels were available on demand

Let’s start with the cons
1. Very small restaurant for such a hotel and number of guests.
2. Very poor, low-budget breakfast. On the third day of our stay even eggs were finished...
3. Pool only for children (max.1.5m). Plus the slide that goes into this pool does not give a chance to swim in it.
4. In the gym are 2 old bikes and 2 running tracks.
Now for the pros: Very comfortable mattresses on the beds. In the room everything is standard for such a hotel. All more or less new. Bed and towels white and clean. Bathroom and toilet are clean too. Service works well!

Proposition de base; confort et propreté acceptables. La glissade a fait fureur mais les jeux d'eau ne fonctionnaient pas et l'eau était froide pour une piscine interieure. Service aux chambres seulement aux trois jours donc courir après les serviettes et accumuler les déchets. Aucun recyclage proposé dans la chambre. Si le prix est bas, allez-y sinon, ailleurs sera mieux.

Tres bon sejour.
L’eau de la piscine etait trop chargee en chlore le premier jour et apres l’avoir signalé le probleme a ete réglé.

The environment in the pool was very toxic, there was no ventilation and the chlorine was too strong. Also we requested housekeeping, but we never received the service, we had to sleep with the same bed sheets for 3 days.

We picked this place based on the pool and slide. Pool wasn’t deep but the slide was great. Had a lot of fun my son did. Will come again
