This is my third time at the Ritz. I must say that we were disappointed with a few things and they really need addressing.
1. The soda bed in the room is terrible. It’s like a hammock and it needs changing asap. My granddaughters slept in it and they are under age 10 and had difficulty getting comfortable so I tried it.
Secondly, an order of 8 chocolate chip cookies and 2 glasses of milk came to 88.00. This is unacceptable.
Thirdly, the bacon at breakfast was inedible. It would seem that it had been previously set up in a buffet breakfast substantially earlier and used for our à la carts order.
The proximity of your hotel is wonderful for our attendance to the Mirvish theatre but I’m considering changing hotels because of these very important amenities. Food, comfort and prices need to be improved.

Some minor construction going on...Suite was nice. Requested to have them make up the sofa bed when we returned from.a show by 11pm. We got back to room at 11:45 and sofa bed was not made up...so they came right away and made it up. However to apologize they came back 30 minutes later with a giant fruit platter at 1am in the morning!!!! We just wanted to sleep🙄
