The hotel was great but we did have an issue with no power in the bedroom of our unit. The maintenance worker was not able to fix it so we asked to speak with manager for possible nominal compensation. We were told manager was not available twice, we left our number upon check out, did not receive a call for several days, called back & left number again, still ignored and have not heard back in almost 2 weeks. This customer service is not acceptable in the type of property this is...$300 /- per night!

Very nice location, friendly staff and cleanliness of the room.

The staff went above and beyond. They called two hotels to get a wheelchair for my mother that couldn’t walk far. My daughter dropped her cell phone and it fell thru the elevator shaft, they did all they could to retrieve it. They got in contact with the elevator service company, who could come the next day to retrieve her cell. They gave us a later checkout so we could stay and wait for the service guy to get her cell. which he was able to retrieve. I’ve never had a hotel that has ever gone above and beyond to help and assist their customers as much as the staff at the Voyagers. Also we had a problem with the people next to us being loud their kids running around at midnight making lots of noise. We called the front desk and asked if there was anything they could do. They promptly sent a security guard and advised the people next door to keep it down. The service and professionalism, and just kindness was AMAZING. We definitely will be returning!!

Staffs are nice, professional, very clean room with great view of Mont Tremblant hill. Easy to access everywhere and great amenities, fride microwave, kettle,coffe machine.toaster, hot tub. Will come back again when we visit Mont Tremblant. After all super experienced on our first visit to Mont Tremblant.

Area offers lots to do.

Beautiful place

Our room was at the very end of a long hallway and it took forever to get to elevators, especially with two seniors with us. And elevators too a long time to arrive.

Very thing was in walking distance, did not like the hot tub it was not in good condition and didn't smell great and the pool was closed. But overall the room was outdated but spacious for the price will go back to mont-tremblant but different hotel
