All 4 days we were at the hotel, 1 elevator was closed. So all guests had to wait long times for the 1 elevator that functioned.
The moment you speak English, and not French, the reception staff is less friendly to you.

The property was in a bad condition. hot tub was very dirty and foaming in the tower we were staying. shower inside the unit vas very dirty and microwave was working on and off.

Pros: location at tour II is great for skiers. Coffee machine keurig (in the room) makes great coffee.
Con: the property shows the old age. It needs to be upgraded. Bed and sofa bed are old and very uncomfortable. The walls are so thin that tenants can hear each other.
