The hotel was very well located, close to important avenues and shopping areas. I did not like the attitude of some of the staff nor the fact that cleaning is not done every day. I also expected to have them serve breakfast at the hotel, given that it was very cold winter and it would have been better to go out after a hearty meal.

Great spot for a quick stay in Toronto, would definitely recommend! Near a subway station which helps to get around the city.

Had 2 rooms reserved through a 3rd party that I use hundreds of times a year. Got there and was told 1 room was cancelled. The person behind the desk was quick to blame the 3rd party. Surprisingly, we were told they had anotger room and would honour the rate. I wish they wouldnt have. The room WREAKED of curry. It was so bad you could taste it. It was disgusting. Even our still clean clothes all needed to be washed when we got home to get the smell out. I did not sleep. My wife mentioned the taste of curry in the room. They know how bad it was and still rented it out. Likely explains the mystery cancellation. Its not over yet. When we arrived, we were also told that we had to pay $40 per vehicle to park. A hotel charging to park isnt unheard of, I know, but it is innappropriate and exorbanant at $40 per vehicle. Especially when you could use all the help you can get marking anything off thats positive about this hotel. The other couple we travelled with had a soft spot in front of the permanently locked balcony door. When we called the desk to ask about the balcony, we were told it's locked for safety. A bit of information that would have been helpful if it was disclosed beforehand as it is important and a factor for us. Finally, DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSTED PICTURES!!! They are incredibly deceiving and not a true representation of the accomodations. Our rooms were typical of a rural, roadside Motel. Stay far, far away and save your money.

Nice rooms. One of the two beds was broken on the corner. The wooden slats on one corner at the foot were broken. The shower and bathroom was small and outdated for such a nice room. Have to reach through the cold water to turn it on. No room to put stuff down in the bathroom. Otherwise a good stay.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this accommodation again!

Staff is always extremely polite and professional. Very helpful. The rooms are truly starting to show a lot of ware. Also housekeeping needs to be more attentive to what needs to be done and cleaned

I was booked into a room that had no heat.in the middle of January. I was given a garage key pass that they forgot to activate. The manager Daniel is a bright spot. He wants to make it right and i will give him the chance.

This was a great option for a night at the theatre!

The service by hotel staff was excellent. It was very close to the subway station, so it was very convenient for walking around downtown.

walked into television on wall in bedroom trying to get around the bed there was no clearance. Bedroom tv did not work. No heat in bedroom. Only heater in space as over 80db of noise when it ran. Beds are rock hard memory foam and really hurt my arthritis. Would not visit here again. Elevators not cleaned one in over a week.

Everyone was nice, helpful. I would recommend it to my friends. I didn't like the pillows on the bed, no support. Hurt my neck.

Very friendly staff, clean room, walkable to shopping and dining, subway is very close. Close to attractions. All our needs were met with a smile, and eagerness to help.
