I reserve the room for 3 people and add breakfast option, but only offer 2 breakfast on the spot. Expedia should have clear communication with hotel, the hotel don’t honor the breakfast offer

The service is super nice. Especially Lcey she know the date is our kids birthday. She help us organize and line up a warm decoration and schedule. Our kid have a really good time at the hotel.

酒店員工很有禮貌，又有效率 房間空間感大，有企缸和浴缸，地方乾淨，又有水果，小朋友拖鞋和牙刷提供 設施方面，有人造沙灘（自備水泡或沙灘用具）水上滑梯，大水桶，小火車（圍繞沙灘走一圈），餵魚(魚糧$10），室外有個旋轉木馬，滑梯同小型playhouse(不用收費), 不過適合7歲以下小朋友。 地點方便，華僑城站C出口一出就到（有一小段路沒有遮蓋，下雨要帶雨傘） 酒店對面有walmart, 食肆選擇不多，我們坐一個地鐵站去世界之窗，有個商場叫益田假日廣場，熱鬧好多。

They made my anniversary weekend amazing! This is now the only hotel I will book for now on. Hahaha! My trip started with Lynn Xie form customer service Center helping me plan my trip. Then Chuck from customer relations putting everything together (He’s extremely kind and listened to every detail the hotel is extremely lucky to have him) and upgrading my room. Eva and Alan, during breakfast were super kind. I have have never been to a hotel in Shenzhen where all employees say Hi and are always smiling. This hotel treats their employees well! The room is so warming, well designed, super clean, the bathroom is big, the mini bar is good, pillows are soft, balcony is great, the pool is awesome for kids. I will definitely book again and bring my daughter. To everyone thank you! My only request to have the newspaper early, I still didn’t get one. The red doll pillows are mine in the picture and gifts! Lol

We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the hotel facilities. All staff couldn’t have been more friendly and attentive, particularly Bastien who was very welcoming through our stay. It was a lovely relaxing break and we can’t wait to visit again!

I like the hotel very much, I would like to recommend to re-open the bar at the Ship it was really unique and memorable.

The hotel is very comfortable and well located. The rooms are very spacious and the amenities are really good. The staff is very helpful and friendly, special thanks to Katrina and her team during the check-in process. The hotel is located in front of the subway station and there is a exclusive passage way for the guests to access the park splendid China.

The hotel is as nice as anywhere we have stayed. It’s clearly a 5 star. The rooms are amazing and immaculate. The beds, the comforters, everything was perfect. The pool was great, indoor and out, and the indoor hot tub was truly one of a kind with chaises lounges and built in water jets. The restaurants were very good, a bit expensive, but the food was great. The musical entertainment was a highlight and they were spectacular. The staff was first rate, very friendly and always helpful. If you are staying in Shenzhen this is the place to stay. It’s motif is Spanish and I felt like we were in Madrid. A wonderful stay, thanks ICH.

Their reservation department definitely had problem and they cannot find my reservation details and wanted us left as they said their room is fully occupied. After they have talked to Expedia CS, Expedia show the booking no from hotel. Then, hotel start arranged room to us. That’s ridiculous!

Its an enjoyable trip, but the time for checkin was a bit long
