Nice place to live. The breakfast at 12th floor is quite good. Lots of choice to choose. I will definitely stay in the same hotel next time.

Hotel location and service by staff were excellent. The spread for the breakfast buffet was great as well. Particularly like that the hotel comes with a self service laundry room equipped with two washers and one dryer which allow us to wash our soiled clothes. The staff also could help to keep your clothes from the laundry room if you cannot afford to wait for the clothes to complete washing or drying. Our stay crossed over the dragon boat festival and staff gave us a basket of goodies for the festival, consisting of some dumplings, salted eggs and tea box. So thoughtful of them. Breakfast restaurant staff Pei Pei was also particularly attentive and thoughtful to our needs during our stay. She recommended places for us to visit during our stay and even packed some food for us for our day trip. During my recent stay at the Zhejiang Hotel, our family enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant and special thanks to Pepe for the excellent service. She was very attentive and considerate, especially her care for my children. Not only did she provide the meals we needed quickly, she also prepared food specifically for my children. Her smile and friendliness made our breakfast time very enjoyable. Pepe's professional and enthusiastic service made us feel very warm, and her attentiveness and thoughtfulness made our experience even better.
