Enjoyed my stay at the Biohotel Organic Nice complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to the Mall , Restaurants and my dentist. I would walm to the mall almost every day. The weather in Bogota was perfect during my stay. Some construction underway and no heat in the jacuzzi so that was a little disappointing. I will go back

Our stay at the Biohotel was excellent, it was made possible by loving and caring staff like Ms. Pilar, Deiviex, Karen and Andres at the front desk; Ramon, Joanie, Jose and Christian Monroy in the lobby; Patricia, Elberth, Wilbur, Rrrrronaldo, Joni, Eduardo, Jorge, Heidi and Santiago at the Breakfast Lounge; Diane and Daniella at housekeeping; Maria at the Bio Department; William in Maintenance & Sandra and Natalie in the Comfort and Massage Lounge. All of these staff members treated us like family and attended to our every need by going above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel at home. We will be highly recommending the Biohotel to our friends, family and coworkers as being the only hotel worthy of staying at when in Usaquen. Notwithstanding, despite ALL of the staff taking care of us while there, there was one individual, Natalia at the front desk, who was not like the rest. There were many times when I called the front desk with no answer, only to find that she was there and refused to pick up the phone. On another occasion, I went down to ask her to ask someone to put on the water supply to the Jacuzzi and she said that "it comes on automatically when it reaches a certain temperature" which is not true. I had to resort to asking Jose or Eduardo directly to turn on the Jacuzzi. There were other instance, but, I only have 1500 words. Regardless, this is a 5 star hotel in my opinion & we will be back soon!!! Love you guys!!!!

This was my first time in Bogotá. I booked this hotel and I do not regret it a bit. Staff is super friendly and very easy going. My room was cleaned every day without me needing to ask. Breakfast is included which is also nice. Overall I really loved my stay here. I will be coming here in the future for my stays.
