The hotel is clean, modern but do not have hot water for the sink, do not have night table lights and do not have heater, during night time it gets really cold

The hotel is very nice, rooms are Hugh, people are really nice, the only thing is the are area, we were told not to go out at night walking, taxi service was great and very affordable. I would stay here again do to the hotel

Las habitaciones son muy grandes y cómodas pero esto genera mucho ruido y eco en las instalaciones. El personal hace ruido cuando inicia o termina turno y se escucha todo.
Falta un espacio en donde se pueda compartir en familia, solo está el comedor y no hay nada en las habitaciones siendo tan grandes.
El personal es muy amable. Deberían tener opción de aromática en la entrada y asegurarse que mantenga lleno y caliente. Falta cajilla de seguridad en las habitaciones.
El desayuno es rico.
Falta tener algo de vista para no sentirse encerrado.

Pedimos pan adicional en el desayuno (con costo adicional), pero nos indicaron que no tenían ni para los huéspedes que aún no desayunaban. Deberían ser más meticulosos en la limpieza de los baños.
