The villas are stunning. Walk out of your living room and see the volcano. The pools at the resort are wonderful, and the staff is very friendly. Amazing updated home to stay in. Very clean. Santiago and his brother were amazing hosts. I will definitely stay here again.

Words cannot describe the breathtaking, magical location of this property - it is amazing! Our host Santiago was very quick to respond to our communications and very attentive and welcoming. The property is tastefully furnished, providing all the amenities one would expect from a top rated hotel. Spectacular!

All I can say is Wow! Location, great!, Service Great! Price, I highly recommend you reserve direct. Communication with the owner was flawless. Make sure you get WhatsApp. Any questions were answered in minutes. You also get all the amenities of the Hotel down the hill. You cannot beat having your own Hot Spring mini pool!!!! Just sit back and watch the Volcano while you soak. And we even saw a Sloth on Premise.

It is really hard to explain how amazing this place is. I spent every morning (5:15am is sunrise) in the hot-tub sitting at the foot of the volcano. It’s a great villa that includes plenty of views of the volcano and other surrounding areas, full kitchen, large bedrooms and bathrooms, a large hot-tub, and a fire pit.

This Villa is fantastic. For clarification, we stayed in Villa Heliconia which is the closest one to the Volcano and on the private property of the Los Lago resort but very far from the hotel area. Besides the spectacular view, this was the main reason I chose this rental, I liked the added security it gave the property, and that you could use the hotel facilities. It’s only a few minutes away from downtown La Fortuna. It was clean, well equipped and Santiago is a terrific host.
We travelled as a family of 4 and it was comfortable for everyone.
We are frequent travelers ( 35 countries so far) but this was our first time in Costa Rica and we loved the arenal area and when we return I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. 5 ⭐️
