Stayed for one night in Hotel Svanen. Awesome experience with a 3 course dinner included. Go for dinner! Room was good enough for what you need. Jacuzzi/BubbleBath was okay. Online the photos showed a much bigger one. Could upgrade/invest in an actual shower.. (you sort of pulled it out of the bath.) Staff were very kind and friendly. Restaurant makes a stunning selection of food attached with great wines and definitely some lovely cocktails! Breakfast was good! Lego Land around the corner.

All rooms and parking are on the ground floor, cleaning staff start around 7 AM and they don't care if you place the 'Please don't disturb' sign on your door; even with it they will enter (twice!). It makes sense that they don't care, because of their behavior and the hotel's very thin walls it already sounded as if they were in your room since their shift started. Cleanliness and mattress were okay, but I have never stayed in a hotel with thinner walls.

Nicely located nearby the airport but actually there is nothing special to say about the hotel. Not bad at all but also not good. Average in all aspects for me. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I don’t know Expedia/Google rate this hotel 4 stars. It’s great quality for 2.5-3 stars but there’s no AC or even fans, rooms are almost all 1st floor so you can’t open windows comfortably at night (they have no screens). With 4 people in a room, our room is about 26c(80f) as we toss all night sleeping on top of covers with sheets coming off the beds. There is no safe, or drawers to put clothes. The staff was great, as was location and breakfast. I just wish I knew it was more like a motel than hotel. Apparently there are a few nicer suites that I can’t speak to, but the standard room was not as expected.
