Very good choice, clean, comfortable beds, small room but no problem for just a couple of nights stay. Nice breakfast and pleasant friendly staff. Very central for a sightseeing trip to London at a reasonable price.

No AC/Air Conditioning & windows hardly opened. Once you've booked (i.e. once they got your $), hotel management will completely ghost you = absolutely zero response.

For the price paid, this hotel provided excellent value. The room was spotless and the general communal areas very clean and well looked after. The area close to Baker Street is a good central location, with hotel being in safe area. The staff were very friendly and the buffet breakfast included in our price was decent. Overall, very pleased with our one night stay and would definitely stay again.

Basic, but fine for one night in London. Room was simple, a bit loud from street noise, but clean. Breakfast was great. Close to the tube stop and accessible to shopping and restaurants.

Staff are friendly & helpful. The room was very nice & very clean. The bathroom was perfect, again clean & lovely soft towels , a great shower. Breakfast was very well laid out , with numerous options of food & drink. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is very old and the rooms need updating. The carpet and skirting are filthy. It is also very noisy from the street. The shower was good and the breakfast had good options, including gluten free.

Property was exactly what we needed and expected for the price paid. We had breakfast inc too which was a decent selection. In a nice area with shops nearby and central London a short tube, cab or walk away

Quaint front to the Hotel, friendly reception and quiet location but not a run down area, lots of renovation works going on in nearby bldgs. Americana was least expensive so we had idea of what to expect. However the room we stayed in had no view just a wall and slight opening to see closed allyway of other walls with windows looking down on our room. The room was tiny, and restroom was super tiny, with a 600mm x 600mm shower tray with glass sides and a bizzarre shower curtain in the corner that you have to lift and walk in sideways(and I mean Iam slim). The soap dispenser was way too high, I had trouble getting it dispensed never mind my child. However the room was cleaned well even though it is very tired to put it nicely. Bedding was clean and fresh as were towels. What disappoints in the room slightly makes up for the breakfast, good coffee, fresh juices, pastries, cereals, bread for toasting, other hosts were decent people and friendly, hotel seems to attract nice people so thats a plus(yes really) Overall if your just staying a few days and you want a lesser expense, and enjoy similar vacationers experience and clean sheets then this will help with your budget.

Lovely hotel, 2 nights stay and it does the jobs. Could walk to the office, parking 10 min by walk really secure. The top. Staff very friendly and helpful. Maybe update the pillows but the bed is really comfy and room 105 was so quiet. I had really good rest. Very convenient for the area

Great location, continental breakfast was lovely plenty options including gluten free, friendly staff and everywhere was clean. Only complaint would be the bathroom could be better

The ongoing refurbishment has improved the state of this hotel enormously. The work had no effect on our stay. The hotel is in easy walking distance of both the underground and multiple bus routes making it easy to see the sites of London. The rooms are compact as one would expect in hotel of modest cost in a central location. They are however well laid out and clean.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room and bed were very comfortable. It was a little warm because someone left the towel heater on. The food was lovely. The location was perfect for us.

Great place to stay, good rooms, simply and adequate breakfast , great staff, clean close to the tube, pubs, regents park is at the bottom of the road, easy to find, quite area, I would defiantly stay again

Although small the room was well appointed and spotless. Convenient location, quiet street. Perfect for a night stop for an early train departure from kings crossm

My wife was particularly impressed with a designated area and toaster for gluten free products in the breakfast area.

Compact hotel, convenient and close to Baker Street underground station. The rooms are small compared to US standards but if you are looking for a simple comfortable place to stay this fits the bill very nicely. Very good value for the money. And breakfast too!

Superb location and appropriate value for what you pay. It’s obviously not a 5* but perfectly acceptable for what I paid for a night, when I just needed somewhere to have a few hours sleep after a night out. Will happily use again.

Nicely situated hotel, nice and nicely priced room, friendly staff. Very good value free breakfast with nice coffee - available 24/7. Only downside was that the lift didn’t always work - because the design meant that if people didn’t close the doors (which they didn’t while I was there), then the lift could not be called from one floor to another.
