We got the best view from our windows on the snowing day. Perfect for our holiday. The staff are friendly and the location is perfect.

My friend and I stayed here when visiting the Lee Valley Velodrome. The location was perfect. We were just a short walk away from the velodrome and so near to the shopping centre and various transport options. Our room was perfect and the facilities allowed us to prepare a quick breakfast in our room before heading out for the day. The only reason I reduced the star rating to 4 for service is because when we returned to the hotel later in the day after leaving our luggage earlier, the lady on reception told us we were too late to check in. We had informed a staff member earlier that we wouldn't be returning until late and were informed that, that would not be a problem as reception staff are there 24hours. She then said she would try to get us checked in but we would have to wait. We had to wait about 30mins to get our room. Her joke about someone already being given my luggage did not go down well. All other staff we encountered were excellent.

Excellent studio well stocked kitchenette, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Quite room nice view and local to Westfield shopping and Stratford station .
